Top Five Beginners' Questions
1. I've forgotten my Nickname and/or password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your Nickname or password, you can access it through the reminder page. All requests for forgotten passwords must go through the reminder page.
2. How do I know if I am playing against celebrities?
Great question! All celebrities will have a star next to their name, and on the table in front of them. Anyone with a famous name who doesn't have a star is not a real celebrity!
3. I didn't get my activation code. Where is it?
Some email services deliver the Hollywood Poker activation email into a "bulk" or "junk" email folder. Please ensure that you have support@hollywoodpoker.com in your e-mail contacts list. This will allow emails to pass through any filters. When you have done this, request to have your activation email resent to you.
4. How much does a Hollywood Poker account cost?
All Hollywood Poker accounts are free! You can play for free as long as you want. When you're ready to play for Real Money and experience the thrill of beating a celebrity, we'll help you learn about Real Money play.
5. What are Poker Points?
